- Object to any result against the data subject due to processing of the data solely through automated systems,
- Claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of his/her personal data.
If you submit your requests regarding your aforesaid rights to our Company using the methods specified in Policy on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data of Yapı Kredi Faktoring Anonim Şirketi, your applications will be evaluated and concluded within maximum 30 (thirty) days. Although in principle, there is no fee charged for the requests, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the tariff determined by the PDP Board.
The Data Subject undertakes that the information subject to this Cookie Policy is complete, accurate and up-to-date, and will update them immediately in case of any change in the information. If the Data Subject has not provided updated information, the Company will not have any responsibility.
